Most horrible experience with manager Trudy. We lived in the complex for some time, however when we decided to leave they didnt want to return our bond. They send us dirty photos from clearly different unit (tiles where in different colour & kitchen water system different). Be aware of this when moving out. I had to come back from the Bundaberg to attend the inspection and Trudy didnt even bother to show up, very unprofessional and disrespectful.
