Right agreed with other reviewers, Stay away from this company! All they do is to charge you money and do nothing for your business! And when talking about cancellation, well, you just canceled their so called service but not your monthly fee! This company is a joke, will never use them!!

Vivial customer service has been one of the worst companies we have worked with. When they were selling us the service, easy to get ahold of. Not that we want to cancel, which we are cancelling because we have not heard from anyone in the company since they sold us the service, I have been redirected to a total of 5 people (Don, Adrianne, Amber, Dinel, Johanssell) and have reached out via phone and email a total of 13 times in one month. This company makes it almost impossible to cancel. I would NEVER recommend them.
Our experience has been nothing short of Amazing. Benjamin Villanyi has been extremely helpful in answering any and all questions that we have had. Our online presence is now light years ahead of where it used to be, thanks to this service.

1 star. I would advise any business owner who is not fully versed in web marketing and running digital ads to stay away from this company. They did nothing for our business except for cost us over $3000 and multiple phone calls which were all headaches. We received no leads and made no income from using this company. Paid for Facebook advertising and after receiving only a few months of it it had stopped. We stop paying because of not receiving service. They canceled our service after not receiving our payment which we purposely did because we did not receive what was promised. We now owe them an early cancellation fee of over $700 and still have not talk to anyone in customer service. Theyve handed this off to a lawyer who upon reading the fine print the contract said we got what we paid for even if it was not what was conveyed to us over the phone. One of the worst digital companies I have dealt with however in the beginning they sold a very tempting campaign. Stay as far away as you can ! edit: Per your reply since I can't reply to your response: Thats a lie, we haven't gotten any calls or emails. edit2: I made a complaint with the BBB and got a response and a phone number. I reached out to the woman and made a payment for only the amount owed. The account is now closed and i will change the review to a 3 star.
