They never email you back when discussing your order. Constantly having to call. I placed my sons birthday shirt order, a month in advance, and it was still sent to me incorrectly after emailing what I wanted. They sent a short sleeve shirt for an infant for a December birthday party, after I specifically broke down how many long sleeve shirts I needed and for what shirt. Ive had to reorder the shirt which I had to repurchase with minimal compensation of messing up the first order. Im not sure if Ill order from this company again. I even provided them with font templates I purchased. They lost my tracking in the second order but refunded me my money. Just hoping I get my sons shirt!

My family and I were excited to go to this event. We registered ahead of time and then showed up 15 minutes early the day of the event. No one was there and the address was misleading as well as the flyer. I only discovered that this event was put on by 395 Shirts. I believe it was a farce and a cruel joke since we were really looking forward to this. It has been a hard year financially and health. Just cruel and they should go out of business for this false advertisement.

Most unprofessional business Ive ever dealt with. They do not return calls nor did they do the job I paid for. They sent workers out who put a sign over top of a old sign so my barbershop sign looks terrible. Ive called for 2 months and it still hasnt been fixed. Whenever they did send a worker out he didnt have a ladder or the proper size sign for my business. Worst place ever! Im filing a complaint and would never recommend these terrible people.
