Wow, am I ever sorry about your experience. There should be soap in the wash sink and we are sorry for that. Cleanliness and housekeeping in our business is a major challenge. Dealing with the dust, dirt and grease is constant when working on cars and trucks and used parts. I truly do not believe our sales area is rude in anyway, but we do experience a loud environment with much banter, communication, phones, e-mails, direction to order takers etc... There can be alot going on at times...perhaps that can be distracting especially if there is any difficulty attaining your part. We can always do better and thank you for your feedback. The only reason it's 2 stars and not 1 is because of the guy who helped me. He got me my parts and got the job done. All the other employees were the most unprofessional people I've ever experienced. So loud and obnoxious with no regard or respect for customers. I also understand that it's a "junk yard" but the place is dirty there's parts and tires everywhere everything is covered with dirt. After I got my parts my hands were dirty so I asked if I could wash my hands anywhere and one of the other employees says "There's a sink over there but there's no soap". This place has potential but was very disappointed with my visit.

I called multiple times either put on hold till I hung up or no answer at all. then I emailed them multiple times they responded once to ask if my truck was reg or ext cab.I replied an nobody ever got back to me beyond that first reply. horrible customer service and a obvious unmotivated lazy unprofessional crew employed here. I was looking to spend about $5,000 I needed a engine and transmission combo along with a front differential carrier a driveshaft an a bunch of body an interior parts for my truck an I would of gladly of spent the whole thing here but you dont answer your phones or reply to emails so eBay got that whole $5,000 instead of yall

Better off going through Rockauto, they pass off scrap as usable used parts. Bought a rim and put a new tire on it and it leaked so I thought maybe I had a rim leak so checked to see where the leak was and there's a rust hole in the inside of the rim. I was also going to buy an alternator from from them but before purchasing they wouldn't allow me to take the brush holder off to check the internals to see how much life was left, nor would they test it, just simply stated that it came off a running vehicle, not looking for something perfect but something that would last more than a month.
