Made a special stop this afternoon to shop for nursery furniture. There is a large sign on your door that an appointment must be made to shop in store. We then tried to make an appointment by phone and were told to shop on line. On your website it states your physical store is not actually open. Removing the window sign would be most helpful for any future customers who dont check your website first.

Super disappointed tonight after visiting your store. My husband and I went in with our two girls, we were the only customers in the store. We stayed about 10 minutes browsing, there were 3 women working and not ONE of them had the decency to ask us if we needed any help. I would have bought something (I really liked the penguin clock) but decided against giving you business. Can't believe how poor the customer service was! For the future, just making eye contact and saying "Hello, let me know if you need help with anything," can go a long way.

Love this place! Beautiful merchandise and wonderful salespeople. Im not up on all the latest baby accessories and gadgets. All I have to do is ask for help and the team here gives me the advice I need to pick wonderful items for my baby gifting needs. Even during the Covid closure I was able to have them put together a beautiful basket of items for a friends grandbaby! Then all I had to do was pick it up from the store. I love supporting local businesses and Kids n Kribs makes it easier, and far better, than online shopping!
