It is a Sunday night at 9:45 pm. The music from an event is extremely loud, bass vibrating in the room. I have flown in from the east coast for work. I am unable to sleep due to the loud music which is extremely frustrating for the price of the room. When are quiet hours?! By the way I attempted to call the front desk to inquire about when this party would be over. I kept being routed to the reservation line who was unable to help me.

The staff is are amazing! They seem so caring and are very helpful. From the valet parking attendants, to the front desk staff and the restaurant workers, they all were top-notch and seemed genuine and happy to help. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool. Be advised, this is popular for events such as weddings, bridal showers etc. so, there were a couple of large groups that seemed to instantly fill the pool lounge chairs and restaurant/s. We didn't care, but some people might.
We always love our short getaways to hotel V. We always hope we can stay longer. The only complaint I have is the service at Vbar was pretty bad, We were there are 4:30-6 and it wasn't busy at all but took a very long time to get drinks. There was a point we had been waiting 10 minutes and the bartender was texting on phone and we went and asked if our drinks were coming, and they couldn't locate our waitress.. . also asked for water and was told we could get it our self at the end of the bar. I'm not sure if we would go back.

Well as a patron there for many many years and one of my favorite places to stay, I was so disappointed this time around. 1- the elevator is so annoying to have to hear all night. I didn't even realize it was so close. 2- The smoke alarm that went off in the am for about 20 min was horrible. 3- The breakfast situation was less than memorable. If you can have the Bar open, then open for a decent breakfast. 4- We had let the front desk know that when we went to get ice in the a.m. on the 4th floor there was a used syringe in the ice. Shocking for that Hotel. I hope that you can rectify all this. I consider your hotel "High End" and for $400 it certainly was not. It's such a shame. Kindly, Maria
