Honestly the clinic is not bad but its connected to the LasikPlus center. We were sitting in an open area and the secretary for the eye clinic basically yelled at us saying if you are here for the LasikPlus you need to move to their side or go out in the hall. There was nobody waiting for a seat and she could have handled this situation in a much nicer manner than what she did. She carries herself in a manner that in my opinion feels like shes better than others. I could tell from watching her attitude and demeanor. I couldnt believe someone could talk this rudely to strangers. Ill be back for the specialized care but I hope to never deal with such issues as what I encountered.

Drove all the way out here for my first appointment only for them to tell me they never verified my insurance coverage. They tried to encourage me to still go back and then pay out of pocketwhy would I do that when I pay for insurance? Why wasnt my insurance pre-verified when i gave them my information? Terrible customer service and a complete waste of my time.

Dr. Devitt is amazing. After years of suffering from dry eye and from a lifetime sentence to Restasis medicine which never seemed to work, she determined that I have evaporative dry eye which is better treated without Restasis. She had me use moist compresses and a warm sleep mask and in 2 weeks my tear break up time went from 3 to 7 seconds! Definitely visit her for your dry eye solutions!

Excellent. Always. Ophthalmologist was Thomas Henderson MD. 10/20/2020 ALWAYS excellent when Dr Henderson was there. He retired. I do not like the new ophthalmologist Dr Irshad. He is very knowledgeable Im sure but he talked at me like a robot. I will never go there again. I changed my ophthalmologist to UT Health Austin at Trinity and Red River for November appointment. My PCP and Orthopedic surgeon are there. I enjoy the care there. Lab, radiology, and PT also are there .... can have PT, lab and radiology if needed on same day at same place. Love UTHA.
