I brought in clothes on a Friday late in the afternoon and was told I could come back later or the next day. I chose to come back the next day. When I got there the girl behind the counter said omg I havent had time to do yours can you come back in ten minutes. I knew at that point she wasnt going to go through my stuff and sure enough she didnt. They said they didnt want any of it because it was worn and out of date. I had new items with tags on them in that bag. Shoes that were summer and brand new. A cocktail dress in season that had tags on it still! Not happy and Ill never go back there again. Incompetent and just dont care!
