Very bad service. Salesperson told me you can return shoes anytime if my doctor reccommend me different than this pair of shoes, because I wanted to put orthotics in it. Orthotics were not fitting in it. I went back and told the salesperson doctor didn't reccommend these shoes. He just gave me excuse there are scratches on it that I could not see. He ripped me off and told me give $164 shoes to charity or was ready to give me half price. Never buy shoes from this store. When you buy he talks different when you want to return or exchange his tone is completely different.

Great customer service. Was very helpful with finding a good workshoe for my wife while she's in her restaurant. We actually switched to a cheaper model with more comfort then we went in there for. Allot of places are just ok with taking your money and sending you out the door.

We are certainly sorry that there was a miscommunication between us. Unfortunately, Birkenstock does not carry the shoes that you ordered in a classic foot in the Hunter Black Leather finish. Birkenstock does carry the Black Oiled Leather finish in the classic foot. Again, we apologize if there was a miscommunication about the footings offered in the finish that you had requested.

ripped me off completely I did not want the foam underneath the Birkenstock suede leather for the pair of londons i ordered I wanted a natural birkenstock sole shoe thats the whole point of a natural wicking suede sole bed and he said that I had to have known before hand which I had no way of knowing greedy bad customer service enjoy my money and you lost a repeated customer for life
