Gwin really hit the ball out of the ball park. She goes above and beyond. We were thinking about selling our home without any realtor especially because our previous realtor gave us a lot of bad experiences. Not only did her services pay for themselves but every step was a pleasure. She helped us select the best offer for our house and avoid the ones that would have gotten us into a mess. We sold our house within two weeks from the time of the listing to closing. I never thought that it could be so easy to sell a house. Her services were worth every penny spent in commissions.
