We purchased a pair of Sofa's from SofaSofa 6 months ago. They arrived on the allotted day but that has been the only good thing about the experience. the colour was a different shade to the sample swatch that we had ordered against but we decided to live with it...I REALLY WISH WE HAD NOT. And so six months on and the sofas look dreadful. When they arrived they were stuffed so full of padding that we actually called the company to ask if there had been a mistake. They assured us that they would settle down in due course. They were right, it took about 4 months for the cushions to half their size and the seat bases have sunk as well. We are not large people but we now sit peering over our knees to watch the Tv. My wife has developed Sciatica and i wont sit on them any more. We are already looking for new one's. I couldn't possibly recommend SofaSofa to anyone. Dreadfull quality and a total waste of money.

Oh dear what do we have here, this company say we are liars, don't know how to follow instructions and use whitener to wash our cream sofas... Please don't use the after sales team ... they are full of .... have no idea what customer service is, so if you want washable covers etc please use another company .... as this liar will be doing in the future

Great showroom - lots on offer. My sofa is so comfortable and great quality. I did have an issue with one of my castors but the team replaced it right away. Highly recommend.

Delivery was 7 weeks late. Had my sofa 2.5 years and it looks 30 years old. 3 cushions were foam but the 4th was filled with offcuts. Spent 212 on new cushions and 200+ on new cushion covers. Customer service is abysmal.
