They charged my credit card before shipping tires that I purchased (which is illegal), then emailed me to say that they needed more money for shipping and requested my credit card info via email, since they stated that they don't keep credit card info. All calls to their customer service department resulted in a message stating their "inbox is full". If you do a little research, you will see that this is not an isolated incident. Not even close! You have been warned.
The service from this place was horrible I ordered custom wheels for my Zx14 they told me 3 weeks and i end up getting them in two months later then when I got them there was no rear hub to bolt up to and no sprocket carriage and all I got was an apology and I got told it happens , very angry wouldnt recommend service to no one .
An excellent experience. Great response time to questions, via phone and email. Bags I wanted were back-ordered from manufacturer. Instead of 6-8 weeks thru manufacturer Acc. Intnl. had them in 3. Plus they made sure they were shipped direct to CA instead of going to FL first then back to CA, and no shipping costs. Emailed me the tracking # so I could see delivery date. No complaints here. Would recommend to others.
I don't write often, but I've been disappointed this time. I started to ask some details and i've received answer very quickly, great service. After I confirm my order, i took a bit longer than advertise..it was Christmas time, I can understand that. But next, was an email of my bank, for a Merchant Credit, one of my item was discontinue, then a refund was process, which make sense. i was just very surprise not to have an email first. maybe I was expecting to much...it will have been a nice customer attention. I can't complain for being charged, the refund was immediate, just on the "human" part.
