I went to this place looking to get my logo placed on a sweatshirt for sample purposes. The manager put the logo on the shirt and it was not centered and it was lopsided. I noticed this when I got home and I brought the sweatshirt back to them. He proceeds to peel off the layer of vinyl he put on and then placed the logo on the same sweatshirt again. They would not give me my money back or place logo on new sweatshirt. The sweatshirt I have has the new vinyl of it along with the visible adhesive from the one he peeled off. He claimed it would come off in the wash but it did not. Coming here and spending 45 dollars for incomplete sketchy work, poor customer service and refusal to give me my money back for an item which is unwearable and not up to standard is why this place gets 1 star. Very unsatisfied.

Dear William. Let me educate you about how custom stuff works. If you are interested in something made for only you...anything custom.... it will cost you more than any stock/on-the-shelf item....customization is someone putting an effort and time specifically for you.... Sorry but it does not mean that we are money hungry, but makes you ignorant and cheap!... You asked 30 items to be customized and we quoted you for $10 a piece. That is a quite reasonable bulk order price. But instead, you wanted to do just 10 pieces for price for 30! ....price is of course, based on quantity....And YOU blamed us for "poor business management"!!. Sincerely "Have A Nice Day"!

The guy who runs the business is thirsty for money not even smart business man prices are not good or close to correct its because they need money to stay open not the customer fault you not busy its you poor business skills wouldn't even give you a star if they let me leave it blank

We go out to Las Vegas every year for a convention and have always done custom shirts. In the past we always ordered them online but this year with COVID we were touch-and-go about whether we were going to attend. By the time we finally decided to go it was too late to order any shirts. Searched on Google and found these guys and I'm extremely glad I did! I stopped by the store twice and had a total of 13 shirts made with quite a few different designs and they all turned out perfectly. And the turnaround time was incredible! I was truly amazed at how fast they printed them all up. On top of that, the guys at the store were very nice and accomodating. Will definitely be going back for more shirts in the future and recommending Next T-Shirt to our convention friends!
