Thank you for your post. None of what you posted follows any of our guest standards. If the patio was full we would hand you a pager and accomodate you as soon as a spot was open. The patio never has a turn longer than 45 minutes. We have a great reputation and confident we will continue to give great service and quality food.

Edit after owner response: Calling your patrons liars instead of apologizing for poor service pretty much backs up our review. The worst experience I've had in a restaurant in probably 10 years. I can't comment on the food as no one ever came to take our order. We walked in and asked for patio seating and as the rude hostess was walking us to the patio she said oh "nevermind it's full out there" We replied "ok we'll wait in the bar can you put our name on the list for a patio table?" To which she replied "no, once you're where you are, why would we move you?" Well because we want to sit outside. She said "That makes no sense" with the attitude of a 12 year old so after sorting it out with the bartender/manager, who really only seemed to bartend, as the restaurant was chaos, we sat at the bar waiting for a patio table. After about an hour and a half, when the people outside weren't turning over we asked to move to an open table inside. We paid our bar tab and moved to a table where we sat for 30 minutes with no service. We finally just left and went to Stagecoach Sedona which was beautiful, delicious, and high end service. I'm confident this restaurant will be closed by the next time I'm in Sedona.
Dismal. The bratwurst was dried out. The margarita was the smallest I've had in the state. Average fair at best. Another disappointing tourist trap. The beer was cold.
