The rooms are ok and the property reminds me of boy scout camp.

Went again by property while visiting Roger's Ark. Same thing again with Loud neighbors...young children up and down the street. All surrounding homes ugly and in repair. We just could not book because the area is questionable. No way for 760.00 a night. If you choose to stay only inside...drink alot of Bourbon.
