The owner is very friendly and professional. His wife and kids were there when I dropped in with my wife and kids. Free drop ins for out of town visitors. Very kid friendly. They pushed me hard for the open workout I did there. Thanks guys.

Tina was a great coach. I was visiting the area and would recommend this box. Very friendly and clean box. The other crossfitters were super friendly.

Crossfit Brit is fantastic. I've tried a few different Crossfit gyms in the Orange County area and this is by far my favorite. Sham (the owner/trainer) is one of the best I've worked with. He is always willing to take the time to correct your movements, knows when and how hard to push you, and genuinely cares about the folks in his gym. The programming here is solid too. Workouts are always challenging but never impossible. Most importantly, the community at Crossfit Brit is amazing. This gym is populated by some great people who always encourage each other to do that one extra rep, even when you think you can't.

Great Affiliate!! I was in town for a couple days and dropped into a class. Coach Nick was very knowledgeable and motivating. Very friendly culture and athletes. I will be back to train with these guys.
