Not good. If you are going there with the idea of taking photos with a tripod, you will be quickly dispatched. They do not allow it at all, under any circumstance. Waste of precious time for us.

Incredible grounds and sense of history. Unfortunately, visitor's center closed during my visit but was able to walk along pedestrian paths and look into the various structures, including a log house, smokehouse, sawmill. Could have used an open restroom -the portapotty is not my thing but I did get a kick out of the broken down toilets in the vicinity of the restroom sign.

Scam.......nothing orrigional to Boone but the cellar! $$$ to get in and person acted like it was a big favor to give us a map.
