Be warned: Dr. Rhyne doesn't listen to his patients when they complain of an issue with their prescription. If Dr Rhyne thinks you have the right prescription, there is *nothing* you can say to convince him otherwise. If he thinks you need Prism lenses and you don't like them, be prepared to argue with him over it for 15+ minutes to get him to begrudgingly update the prescription. And if you're still not happy after the change? You can forget about getting your money back. They will not update or recheck the prescription if they think it is correct, no matter how much you protest. BONUS: After I called to work out an issue, I was eventually told that they cannot help me and to go somewhere else and hung up. I did not get a response back to further calls. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

This is the best eye care in Knoxville. Dr Rhyne takes the time to listen to what you are experiencing and helps you find a solution. I had been to 4 different eye doctors with the same problem for years and none of them even tried to figure out what was wrong. They would just change the prescription. Dr Rhyne knew what was wrong on the first visit and gave me the care I needed to get better. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. They really want you to be happy with your glasses and try to make them fit perfectly.

Have been visiting Dr Rhyne for 30 years for my vision needs, and have brought my children to his office for their eye health. He and his staff are always friendly and professional. Their office has a small town feel and are always attentive to our needs.

wonderful doctor and great staff...my husband was a stroke patient and Dr Rhyne got him seeing correctly...His regular eye doctor did not know what to do...Blessed to have found him
