This review is specifically for Charles Woodin from Berkshire Hathaway If you are looking for a real estate agent, Charles (Chuck) Woodin should be your pick. He is patient, kind, honest, and very realistic. He recently helped us find our home, and we could not have been more grateful for every minute he helped us. We were in a unique situation moving from across the country, limited with time to see houses and a short time frame to buy, but he was patient and walked us through every house we requested to see and really stressed that we should not buy a house based on pressure, but rather one we would call home.He answered all of our questions and if he did not know the answer he would find out and tell us quickly. He communicated with us through every step of the closing process and handled all the necessary tasks so that closing went smoothly. There was no pressure with him while looking at houses. He really wants you to be happy with your home purchase.

A very condescending agent called me from Berkshire Hathaway and told me I would not be able to sell my home because there were too many like it and it had been on Zillow for 180 days (all homes are on Zillow of course, so he was using a scare tactic). Annoying calls in the middle of the day with an unprofessional style. I would not use this organization to sell a home, and I certainly would not trust them to help me buy one.
