So far were more then impressed! The system is easy to use and extremely straight forward. The online ordering system has been brought in new and returning customers more and more each day. We have noticed the increase of online sales weekly and the positive feedback from our customers on the ease of use of the app. Mustafa and his team go out of there way to accommodate us on any problems we have and answer every question regarding the system. You will not find a better customer service experience.

We are so happy that we chose Mikronexus for our POS system for our new restaurant. It has the same functions as Micros without the hefty price. Functionality and ease of use is very impressive. We are most pleased with the customer service we received from our rep, Mustafa. He was more than patient with us, went above and beyond and added value everywhere he could. I highly recommend Mikronexus for any restaurant which is looking for solid POS system with a great team to support implementing it!
