I truly wish there was an ability to post zero stars!!! Back in April 2021, I took a vacation to Phoenix Arizona, where I purchased a pair of moccasins for my mom. After arriving back home in upstate New York, I was saddened to find that they were the wrong size. I reached out to LAMO By phone and through their website, and I was finally able to get a hold of somebody about a week later after several messages. I told CELINA Of my issue, she said I can gladly return them, once they are received, I will have to pay $10 for shipping, and they will send me the correct size. I agreed, and she told me she was sending me a return shipping label via email. After approximately three weeks, a dozen phone calls that went unanswered and several emails that were ignored, I finally received a shipping label, and immediately sent them back. This was sometime in May, 2021. I called, emailed and begged repeatedly for the next six months for them to send me the new pair that they had promised. They constantly ignored my emails, would take messages when I called, but would never get back to me, and I asked repeatedly for the owner of the company to contact me, and I never once received a return call or email. About three times, when I called, they used the consistent Covid excuse, and the excuse that they had moved warehouses. Finally, in November of this year, I was able to get a hold of somebody that answered my call, and returned by email. Once again, I got their standard excuse that the problem was because they lost all of their emails during their warehouse change. It was obviously an excuse, because dozens of phone calls were ignored also. Yesterday, November 17, I received the pair of moccasins, and because of all of their delays they didnt have the original ones I purchased, so I had to settle for something else. And believe it or not, they still had the audacity to charge me the $10 shipping fee, after all of this. Without a doubt, the absolute worst company and customer service I have ever experienced. There will never be a time in my life where I would ever purchased another product from them, and I strongly encourage anybody reading this, to go elsewhere.
