Customer service could be upgraded. Bought a ecovas robot. Accessory was broken. Went to store and was advised after waiting for 20mins that I need to bring the whole unit back to the store (not only the broken accessory) and will take about 4 to 5 weeks to get an answer if it will be replaced (was not good to hear as the product was less than 1 year old and we paid handsome amount of money for that). Called the manufacturer directly and things got sorted out sitting at home within weeks
