I had an appointment to get an emergency food box with my case manager from this company. My case manager was over an hour and a half late for our appointment. Then he tells me that he can't take me to the food pantry. He seems like a nice guy. I never think he would ever purposely try to hurt me, but just when I was dependent on him for something he couldn't do anything about it and the blame was on me. He also assigned blame to me for not having more food. There's more I could review on, but I'm confused now.
