Eastlake Vision Center Optometry is the best vision center I've yet to visit. They go to great lengths to protect their staff and the customer in these uncertain times. The staff is incredibly nice, helpful, and patient. The exam itself was smooth and fast with no waiting. It's also worth noting that their frame selection is not bad at all. I've needed glasses for a long time now and this is without doubt the best vision center I've ever attended.

Doctors are excellent. Staff is completely useless. Had my eye appointment done, no problem. Staff was horrible at communicating my health insurance coverage. Definitely not clear or concise. Left my frame so they could put on new lenses, and was never contacted or texted when they were done and ready for pick-up. When I finally went to retrieve them, there was no one present to fit them. I asked if there would be someone some time soon that would be able to fit them for me, they said "no, not till tomorrow". After making my way down all the way from mission valley there was no one to fit them for me. If the office is only open certain days a week if be completely fine with that, but why have staff present who literally can do nothing but answer phones. I could understand if this happened close to closing time, but this took place mid-day. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but I strongly believe the office should only be open when a doctor is available or at least someone who can fit glasses. I don't think this is a crazy expectation from an optometry office.
