Recent applicant to candid. URM. Comparable hired SDRs were from significantly less prestigious schools but not URM. Was told being a "cultural fit" was important. Not going to trash b/c hiring process could have just been competitive. Possible tokenism here.

What a waste of time. We booked a demo and three times, they're no show. For someone who's over funded, the least you can do make sure someone is there to meet with with potential clients.
