The car was diagnosed correctly and the correct part was replaced. It is a shame that customer never came back and don't understand that cars sometimes needs more than 1 part or 1 visit to fix it. The electrovalve was faulty, it was tested and fault code disappeared after it was replaced. You took the car for a long trip to Poland and Peugeot dealer told you that electrovalve was never an issue?! - how could they? if we still have the old electrovalve in our garage. We offered a full refund, just come back and we fit old part in but customer refused because we both know that it's faulty!

AVOID! I do not recommend this mechanic. I have called them up on weekend because I had issue with my car. I have explained everything in detail what is happening to the car and been told to drop the car on Saturday. They said that electrovalve is causing the problems and it need to be replaced for total 350. After 4 days I picked up the car - They have said that they tested the car and it seems to be working fine. Guess what ? No difference at all! Afterwords I went to Peugeot dealer to do the diagnostic they told me there was never issue with electrovalve! 350 waisted! Just one more thing I would like to mention they customer service its below one star! I was standing good 10 min in front of garage after someone kindly noticed me and took the key! Owner seems to have too much attitude - when I was making a payment he said that I bought car with worst engine ever! If you dont have experience in fixing 1.6 thp why you decide to have a go with my car and replace good part for 350!

Dear Silver First of all reviews left are from happy customers and not from "cousins" like you insinuate! Secondly our work is guaranteed and if you are not happy you should come and we can find solution together. "They do not fix your car properly" it's completely unfair as you were aware from the start how much it will cost and that you should replace ABS pump which costs over 2000 and you have decided to reset it. We acted on your instructions. Thirdly it is not polite to overhear part of conversation without understanding it and then write a review about some other customer which in fact is happy from our work and left another car with us very same day. Should you wish to discuss anything please do not hesitate to visit us. We are here to help.

I'm not sure who wrote the other reviews, but if you come here you will be told one price and asked to pay another once they have your keys. They do not fix your car properly. Poor service. Saw another customer arguing with the owner of price change. Told 70 initially and went to 160. Stay away unless your owners cousin who writes these reviews. STAY AWAY. too many to chose in slough to come here

Very professional and friendly service. Rafal & team is offering full range of services from all mechanical repairs to air-conditioning, tyres and Terraclean. Thank you for your review :) First of all this is a fake account and your name is Shahin not John. Customer was shown deteriorated suspension parts on the car and I phoned supplier with him present. Unfortunately he couldn't afford this repair and offered a price which I couldn't accept.

horrible service, rude staff! They just come up with random parts and prices! This was a garage which was previously great, now is horrible. Me and a few other colleagues from work used this place for our services and will now speak to make sure they avoid them at all costs!
