Bought a PC from Opsys a year ago and has worked perfectly ever since. I recently had some trouble while trying to upgrade a component but after ten minutes on the phone with the support technician Dan, he walked me through the solution and the problem was fixed. Fantastic products and a fantastic customer service to match, couldn't recommend them enough!

Very happy with my new system from Opsys. I was kept up to date with the build and when a part was delayed I was given the option to swap the part at no cost for a faster build time. The pc came very well packaged no chance of damage in transit. The pc built quality is great (see pics) looks amazing. When I had a SELF inflicted lighting issue Dan the support tech spent 40 mins on the phone with me and remotely fixed the issue. Very impressed with the service and would highly recommend to anyone. Glad I chose opsys a growing company with a great future.

I ordered an opsys dominus PC with 3080 in May. It took 8 weeks to come but thay was at a time when supply was incredibly difficult. During this time, however, the support team remained in consistent contact with me and even offered alternatives as they became available. I would especially like to thank Dan for this. When the order arrived, it was as described. Premium product with a performance to match the price. With slightly over a month of use, so far I have no concerns with it whatsoever. They do offer 3 years parts and life time labour warranty along with possible annual "MOT" of your PC, but I haven't had to use these services just yet. They seem brilliant on paper and more than what competition offers. 10/10 would recommend it to friends and family. I hope that this relatively new company flourishes well and keeps up the good work and contact.

Got a pc for my girlfriend through this website, the pc came in good conditions, packaging was really good and there were clear instructions on how to assemble the pc incase you need it. Was skeptical because there weren't many reviews but if you're in the same position don't worry!
