The batting cages here are great, however when there was an issue where the cage didn't stop throwing balls at 15, one of the employees accused me of "taking advantage of them" and trying to steal from them. I've never experienced such bad customer service like that in my life, I doubt they even read reviews about their business so this will likely fall on deaf ears, but a simple rule of thumb they should follow is not accuse a patron of your business for stealing when YOUR machine malfunctions...

As stated when you entered the Wednesday promotion was not currently running and was taken down from our website and Google business page. Cage #6 has given us trouble all day and has been fixed. After every jam up you were given a new set of rounds for the inconvenience. Sorry you were not satisfied however we did everything we could to make up for those missed balls.

My 1st time here and not impressed. They don't honor their website deal of 50% off. Macine runs out of balls and you have to wait until a kid runs to the back to reload. The gentleman working there was more interested in assembling a new ball cart.

Place is dark and crowded. No drinks from outside and that includes water for the kids. Website is a little misleading with their packages but staff was kind enough to convert what I paid online for what we wanted. My kid was intimidated with the commotion of all the people there.
