The experience overall was unsatisfactory. Mary Hall was abrupt to deal with and difficult to get a hold of. It didn't feel like she was actually trying to help us find a property, It felt like I was more of an irritation than a paying customer. Won't be consulting with them again.

There are signs that say no parking or vehicle wil be towed. I'm still sorry you had to go through the inconvenience.

We stopped to get a quick bite at the restaurant next door on a SUNDAY when Foothills Property Management is CLOSED. There was one lady in the building and she called and had the car towed in less than an hour, with our dog in the car!

We stayed a7 72 Pinon Woods. It felt like home. Especially enjoyed the kitchen. We ate supper out once in the month we were there preferring to make our own food. The kitchen was well equipped and had just about everything we have at home except a mixer and food processor. The other houses we rented had no where near the equipment 72 had. We did have a problem with the dish washer. The latch broke and we could not use it the last week of our stay, the repairman was by last Thursday and was getting the part to fix it. The location was perfect for us. We originally wanted to be in Sedona. The property in Oak Creek worked out way better than we thought. We had no problem getting the supplies we needed at Webbers. It was quiet. And dark! We were able to watch the night sky most nights and were able to watch the convergence of Venus and Jupiter and see stars that are not usually as clear in the hazy skies of the Midwest. Would we rent again? absolutely!
