i recently had my antifreeze line repairs on my 05 freightliner m2 when i got my truck back my air conditioning was not working. I called and complained about the matter and I was told to call during day hours to talk to a shop foreman. the next day I called and talked to the shop foreman and I explained again about the problem. I also explained i would be bring the truck in this weekend for other repairs. so the shop foreman said he would note the problem and they would look at it when i brought it in. When i dropped of the truck on friday evening I also explained the situation to the gentleman at the desk. I get a call on sunday from truck center about the other repairs i was having done and told me they looked at the a/c and explained that a ground was disconnected so im thinking ok well that must have happened while they was doing other repairs to the anti freeze lines. when i went to pick up the truck i was being charged for the a/c repairs and the gentleman behind the desk was rude and would not look further into it and basically told me pay or you will not get your truck back. so i basically paid for there mistake and was being told to deal with it. i have other repairs i need to have done with my truck and i wont be bringing it back to your store. Your guy was rude and i should not have had to pay for something that your techs caused in the first place, the compliant was explained to three different people including a foreman, i am very displeased and will not recommend anyone to have there repairs done at omaha truck center

I feel completely scammed right now. I took my commercial truck to them and called them after not hearing back from them in hours. They said theyd put more than 3hrs at $125/hr into checking for a diagnosis and still didnt have one. I asked about how much longer and the guy said maybe 3-5 more hrs. That would be $1,000 worth for just a diagnosis. I went paid almost $500 for nothing!! I almost want to cry right now. I started the business in Nov 2018 and dont have that kind of money! I then took the truck to Hatcher Mobile Services and the tech found the issue within an hour!!!! I paid $112!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone especially if you dont have the money to just throw away. Im so disappointed in this place.
