The moccasins are good quality, but the customer service is not. My online order did not fit so I wanted to exchange them. First I was required to set up an account in order to do an exchange. That should not be a requirement for making an exchange. In setting up the account I was required to provide irrelevant information such as my birthdate. I declined to set up an account because they asked for too much personal info. They had also sent me six marketing emails in a 24-hour period before the "unsubscribe" button finally worked. Overall, too complicated and not user-friendly. I'll look elsewhere for moccasins.
Purchased a pair for my son-in-law from England, but unfortunately arrived too late. I have to return them. No return label or instructions in box. Should they be returned to the address listed above? Please put return labels inside the box. It is so frustrating.
Fine product, but customer service is a nightmare. Would not provide a return label, has been unresponsive and unhelpful. Very easy to get in touch with them when I'm giving them money. The moccasins I never received (but Minnetonka is happy to keep my money for!) aren't worth the trouble
