My wardrobe was damaged during the building process (it was built by professionals that DAKO sent to my house). In doing so it has caused snags on a couple of my shirts (luckily not my suit!). Senior management has refused to accept liability for what is a tiny issue that could be so easily rectified, even after picture proof. This was the biggest issue for me, if you have a genuine problem with a product, and you seek the companies help, you would expect a compassionate response. They accepted nothing. Will never be using this company again and recommend no one else does the same. Avoiding at all costs in the future.
Do not recommend!!! Dako is using manufacturer as an excuse for all faults!!! In first instance sofa was delivered damaged and incomplete, had to argue with representative for refund for the damage and ensure that missing elements are dispatched. We had to wait 4 months for the missing parts!!! Now, 6 months down the line, seating supports in the corner of the sofa collapsed leaving 10cm hole in the seating!! Raised it with Dako representative Barbara, asking for item to be repaired. Response from Dako : Manufacturer is of an opinion that sofa was used inappropriately and sustains they initial decision of not accepting the liability for a repair!!! Joke!!! Don't make the same mistake!!!
