We bend over backwards for our customer. At times, we get taken advantage of. We provided you quality and accurate production with no charge for custom design, as we do regularly for our customers. However, after the abusive interaction this spring/summer, when you called this last evening asking for a favor, we politely declined to have any further interaction. I would not recommend this company for anything. I gave my idea and what I would need in March and didn't get the finished project for 3 almost 4 months, with many,many phone calls and times to go to the store. And when I got the order some of the shirt sizes were wrong. But I made do. What is making me write this review is what happened today. All I wanted was the final proof to be emailed to my mom, but they won't give us my logo because my Grandpa made a bad review like this one. Because my Grandpa made a bad review which was clearly well funded they refuse to do business with me or my family. These people seem like real good people to do business with. NOT never again shall I have me or my family, such as my Grandpa pay for bad service and wrong order. At least the logo looked nice, but even the logo on the shirt is fading and it's been less than a year. Congrats on being terrible people, it's what people look for when choosing a business I guess. Not a good day to you sir.comment: so bending over backwards is delaying your timeline by nearly 12 weeks and refusing my service in a non polite manner. The "abusive" encounter had nothing to do with me, just the terrible service you provided. Now I have no way to get new apparel because I can't get MY logo from you. And by the way the shirts quality is very far from what you say it is, to the point were a shirt used 10 times is faded and in terrible condition thanks to your quality service and shirts. And for anyone reading this it took them almost 4 months for 7 t shirts and 3 hats. If this is what you call high quality apparel and service then I'm not sure how you have a functional operation.
Definitely a poor experience ! Was told they would order a size they didn't have in stock and so I gave them a MONTH... I'm pretty sure more...Giving them the benefit of the doubt. So I go in there today and they tell me sorry we still can't get them ... Ok so I leave and decide to find them online. I did ! I called them back to see if they would give me the size of shoe I ordered for my wife... click they hung up. Well I know they sell good products and so does amazon. I'll make it a point to tell my friends and family not to give them any business. 2 days at amazon vs. 2 months at I work and play that's a no brainer

This is a great company to use in Central Iowa for any custom wear you need. I used them in the past, and will continue to use them in the future. Election of workwear is ok, but wasn't happy with service. I ordered a pair of boots and didn't hear anything for a week. I stopped by the store to see about my order, and it didn't even get placed.
