Horrible business and sloppy work. This business has messed up multiple times, and ruined several pieces of apparel. I gave them many chances, because I want to support local businesses, but in addition to careless work they are extremely unprofessional.
It is very unfortunate that someone gives a bad review based on an order placed by someone else. There are two sides to every story and it is sad that a person would speak negatively with little to no knowledge of the situation. If a mistake was made on our part we most certainly would do everything necessary to correct it. It is also complelely false that our reivews are all employees. We have an amazing group of customers and it is sad that someone would try to diminish their voice.

They have no business ethics and they don't care about their loyal customers. They made a mistake and when politely confronted with the issue they refused to resolve the problem or make it right. Buyers beware!!! Oh and side note- most of their more recent positive reviews on here and their FB page are from their own employees, pathetic

KVV has been fantastic to work with! All their items are top quality and completed in a timely manner! We appreciate all their effort in helping us create school spirit through their online shops and spirit wear stores! Danielle has been awesome to work with. Very professional and responsive.
We understand your frustration. This is a supply chain issue and your league ordered completely custom helmets. The vendor the league is using is running 6-9 months on these custom orders to due many issues related to the pandemic and the supply chain. We have been in close contact with your league and the owners and they have been very understanding. We have communicated all of the issues along the way. We have offered to look at other helmet options but the league has chosen to stick with the helmets ordered. It is frustrating on our end to receive a bad review for something completely out of our hands. These are trying times for everyone and as a small business there is no bigger frustration than customers frustrated with issues we have no control over and have taken every step to rectify. Your league has been communicating through emails the issues with your helmets. We have always had the league make the decisions and communicate in issue such as this. It is unfortunate that you have not contacted your league to get the information available.

I would avoid doing business with them unless you are forced for some reason. I am thinking of reporting them to the BBB. My order is over 6 months old and I have still not received it.
