The parking sign is quite small. A bit confusing where to park. Place seems lonely. We got there on a Friday morning around 10am. Figured we beat the rush, Monday being a County Holiday for Cesar Chavez. We walked in the door and greeted by a nice salesman only to learn GMC hasnt made a hybrid model. Which is we were looking for. Across the street is Kia so we swung over.

Dropped off the car at 10am with a scheduled appointment for oil change and to inspect a couple of service lights. Our Cadillac CTS was there for 6 hours and 1 of 2 service lights are still on. We did receive a $50.00 discount off diagnostic fee. But very Not satisfied due to long wait and 1 of 2 service lights still appear.

Ben is always helpful and knowledgeable. He also adds a personal touch by asking about my way which I appreciate it. This last visit, while I was waiting for my truck to be brought up front for pick up, an employee brought the wrong one by accident but didnt say anything and walked away. This young lady from what I think works in the cashier asked if I needed help, I told her I was waiting for my truck. She looked into it and personally brought my truck to the front. That also made a world of difference. I wish I would have caught her name, but a big thanks to her.

I've had work done on my truck at this dealership before, and I felt it was always fair, but for the latest repair, the quote was $2300.00. I opted not to have the truck repaired there as the quote was, well, excessive. I understand the financial situation we find ourselves in, I find myself in that situation. I will have the truck repaired elsewhere. The appointment has already been scheduled, and the quote was far more realistic.
