We always provide a pre-paid shipping label and full refund for damaged goods. (see our Returns Policy for details) If this customer would have indicated a damaged item, we would have absolutely refunded and paid for the return. For our products, there are very few Mills located in the United States, therefore colors and styles are very similar across brands. We do promise, the softest apparel on the planet, so check out our web site for more details. And finally discrediting reviews, we take every review very serious. We make, create and ship our products in the USA. Our brand is important to our customers and our associates. Interesting experience - I paid $35 for 2 t-shirts from the Nakyed Apparel website as I am all for supporting the brands vs. letting Amazon take a cut. I was surprised to find out that they were identical to the Belle Canvas t-shirts I have purchased 14 days earlier at 1/3 of the price. The company granted me a 5-day return window, however, I would have to pay $11.5 for shipping. I chose to keep it instead and wore it the next day, only to see a 2-finger hole on the right shoulder seam. I was not going to write a review but I saw how the company was discrediting an earlier negative review by saying that person does not exist. Well, I am a real person, I have attached 3 supporting photos of the t-shirts side-by-side, and I am not cool with my experience. Responding to "Response from the owner": As of Aug 25, 2020 9:51pm EST, there was no personal reply to my email from you nor pending refund on my credit card. Therefore, please do not claim credibility for actions that you did not perform. I was not leaving this review in search for refund, so please do not switch the direction and use your response as yet another opportunity to market your product which are identical, I repeat, identical, not similar, in color and style to those from Belle Canvas - except your t-shirts have Naked Apparel logo printed on it.
