The company ships fast and offers a wide variety of fundraisers. At first, they were great! They shipped our catalogs quickly and the items were popular. They even shipped the items separated by students, so I didn't have to separate anything! However, student after student had a complaint. An item was missing. They replaced glass bowls with glass candle holders. I had a parent call to complain about them being out of chocolate covered pretzels and they decided to just replace it with honey roasted peanuts and mint patties, which not everybody likes. The copper grill mats just said they were sold out with no explanation, no substitution, and no refund. In the end, it was a lot of trouble to make sure everyone had what they were supposed to have with endless e-mails and phone calls with the company just to straighten out the mess. It was not worth it.

Fundraising Zone ROCKS!!!! Their popcorn is delicious and you get your money's worth unlike some other companies. All of the representatives are always so pleasant. But I had the best one, Chris!!! She has been a life saver during our process. Shipping is FAST, which is important to customers. They fulfilled some discrepancies without any hassle. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone who is looking to do a great, profitable fundraiser. You can't go wrong with Fundraising Zone!! Fundraisingzone is an amazing company. The staff is very professional and very helpful. My school made a great profit on the snacks. Anytime I had a question or concern I would call Chris and she always resolve it.
