Overall service from the information desk (our son requires ride access pass) queued for half hour to sort pass, told we needed to download an app but no internet signal! Had to sign up to sites wifi. Site wouldn't work once we downloaded it! Many more people having same trouble. Manager called but waste of time. Tried to use staffs laptop, but it died. After nearly an hour of faffing around, we finally got the day started. Chessington now use a virtual queue system for ride access but many ride operators scanners didn't work which seemed to delay many rides. Soo frustrating. The parked was rammed pack. Just a horrible day. Not going again. Went to Thorpe park following day and it was amazing.

The worst choice for our Bank holiday. 2 rides all day. So overcrowded. Will never return.

Bank holiday or not this place is always overcrowded and waiting time for rides could be 90mins which is a joke. All i get was the vampire ride which too took about 60mins wait. Zoo area is nice but if youre there for rides its impossible to get more than one.
