Very bad customer service Rich the owner very unprofessional not true to his word Ricmar Embroidery doesnt take the needs of his customer serious he does not give a brake down of how many stitches your logo take refuse to give his customer their digitized files after hes charging $50 to digitized a simple logo I would never walk near Ricmar Embroidery I rather take my business elsewhere beware.

I 100% recommend Ricmar Embroidery! They were super quick, helpful, and fair. The quality was absolutely amazing too! Definitely go to them for any of your embroidery needs!

Great customer service, Richard the owner is very professional and very knowledgeable, they did an impecable job, my order was exactly how I wanted it and even delivered before the due date. This place is the absolute best place for embroidery logos. Richie the owner went above and beyond to get our logo put on our Boonie Hats the right way - he had to resize and redesign our logo to fit properly. Richie always greeted us with a smile (even after we had him change it 3 or 4 times). I would recommend RicMar Embroidery to anyone without hesitation.
