We payed this company 75$ to fix a 250 dollar Hitachi air compressor witch they never fixed. We brought it in 2 times after it failed to perform at our job site. He said it was working good behind his shop B.S. Than he goes around saying it's the electrical and that this compressor needs 220 electrical outlets, when the manufacturer has stated 120 volts poseded on top of the compressor. No stars for this dirtbag !!!
Liz, I am so sorry that you experienced this at our repair shop. While we do strive to offer the best customer service possible there are obvious cracks in our facade that need to be addressed, so that this doesn't happen to you or any of our other customers. I understand that all issues were sorted out on the day in question, but still would like to offer you or your father free labor on his next repair should he choose to try us out once more. We do not make it a habit to upset folks in a market that is highly competitive however that is what has happened here. Allow us to make it up to you. And as a side note I would like to point out that perfect English isn't needed, aside from the woman in the front, everyone else speaks Spanish as a second or primary language in some cases. The issue is one of time and making those individuals available when they are needed in times such as the day in question. For that I again am apologetic. Please reach out again and let us know what we can do to satisfy your complaint. Sincerely, Armando Esparza DB Service Center

THE WORST customer service ever! UNRELIABLE, unprofessional, and liars. They have A TON of miscommunication which is terrible when dealing with expensive tools and machinery. DO not trust. My dad dropped off his nail gun July 10, 2019 for an estimate that would take 3-5 business days. He called MULTIPLE times after that to ask how it was going. They brushed him off and said they were on lunch and to call later. This happened for 3 weeks until we had enough. My dad took the day off work, I took time out of my day and had to bring my daughter to this terrible business and find what the issue was for AN ESTIMATE! We show up, the front desk lady says she never heard of our nail gun and would call the tool guy. They said it was locked up in the business and he was out picking up parts. I requested he returned to open and give it back. THEN it turned out he actually had it with him for the past 3 weeks. (LIARS). I ask to speak to Vincent (the owner) and he said he wouldnt come out to speak to me because he was busy. At this point, I wasnt leaving without the tool so I called Anaheim PD to intervene and made them aware. Manager finally came out to speak to me and said he would go pick up the tool. Officers finally responded but the manager had left already and they recommended I take the tools elsewhere for repair because it was apparent how unreliable this business was. Also, if you dont speak perfect English, you will be brushed off! My dad had to bring me to get his tool back! They also have a policy that after 30 days of no pick up they dispose aka sell anything left. Which is what they were trying to do with my dads nail gun. Total time spent here to JUST get the tool back was 3 hours and still waiting for it. Good luck to everyone!!!
We were very happy to help Leland. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Vince and Pancho go above and beyond. Quick turn around for diagnosis and repair. Straight shooters that get it done. A delightful change from the paint store "repair departments"
Terrible job made my prime hose shorter on my airless and didnt even fix the problem!! Highly not recommended for any repairs!
