As with any business, you have to stand behind your product. You can't get angry with your customer if you print job is an inferior quality. You have to be proud of your work. I have learned Quick Prints does not honor their work or promises. They are obviously more concerned with cash over quality and will not guarantee their work. I can't tell you how many times I have picked up my order to discover it was incomplete, the colors grossly inaccurate or the wrong paper/cardstock. The last straw was ordering a large amount of prints only to discover that majority had this awful green/yellow/purple tint. The machine obviously had a hiccup and in mid print, laid down this awful color. Running my own art business, I can't sell this! Shame on them for passing this inferior print job onto their customer. They refused to reimburse me for my expenses on top of using the wrong cardstock. What's sad is that I even started using a different company to print my illustrations. Stupid me, I took it to Quick Print to have them cut out these posters. They sliced one of my posters due to putting it on the cutting machine wrong and then refused to reimburse me the $92.00 that it cost me to replace the poster. I have so many stories. Picking up an order of stationery paper and seeing a yellow ink line down the top of my paper and charging me anyways. Becoming angry at me for their poor print quality when I tell them the colors are grossly wrong and then accusing me of complaining too much. I mean, look at the photos! I can give and take on the colors but THIS! This is what I am talking about! Just know if you put in an order, it may be correct one time and then wrong another time. They will have all the excuses in the world why it is the customer's fault. I will NEVER go back to them again and urge you to look for another print company for your business.

They are the best place in town to get anything printed. Amazing prices, customer service and print quality. I drive to the other side of town to use them and they're worth it.
