Sorry you feel resentful but we do not buy from neither of the places you mention nor from any other online store you mentioned earlier when you were at the store. There are thousands of online stores that sell cheap and damaged or copied merchandise/container stocks and low quality products. That's definitely not us. 1/10 means $10 an item. Come on. Lastly the no photo policy is because so many kids were coming to the store trying on things, taking pics for their social media and then leaving. Peace.

The store looks pretty cool from both outside and inside. I like the concept and some of the staff seem pretty friendly. I bought 4 items from the store and were saddened that all the items I could find on Amazon or Alibaba for 1/10 of price. And not even a rip-off item, but the exact same item. They have a no-photo policy in the store which makes sense, because a quick search with your device will allow you to find the same items for a fraction of the price elsewhere. I left over 400$ in the store and it makes me feel resentful to figure out that the clothes were not as unique as I was lead to belive.

Hi Nicholas, thank you for visiting our store. The artists do not want customers taking photos of their work so we have a no photo policy. Sometimes the sales people might get carried away and they might sound like they are a little loud and firm but we ensure you that all of the sales people are gem New Yorkers, our family, artists themselves and a chat with any of them when you come back to visit will convince you. Having said the above we do apologize if you felt someone yelled at you. Thank you for the feedback.

Stick to online shopping then. We are not an online store based in China. We buy from all over the world plus from local designers often one of a kind items and buy nothing from Shein. We have retail locations and pay rent in NYC and Miami and salaries to sales people so you can come in try things on and decide if you want to buy something. Comparing our stores to online shopping is insulting. Obviously you pay a higher price at a store in NYC or Miami. Again, we have nothing from Shein.

Duped into purchasing 3 items that were assured to be by artists, curated, and one of a kind. I went to save this store on my google maps when I read the reviews and confirmed myself. All items I purchased are on Shein and marked up 440%. A blouse I paid $108 in the Miami location, I found on Shein for $20. Very shady business practice and so disappointing. If this is your business model, fine. But dont have your staff bold face lie about it to customers!
