My apartment was at 12:45pm .when I walk in theirs was only two people waiting to be seen . By the time they call my name was at 2:55pm and then the doctor sat me on the chair for 15min and wasnt even taking care of me so by the time I got seen was 3:15pm . So I had to wait 3 long hours and my appointment was at 12:45 . They all tag team me b/c I was complaining for waiting 3hours

Excellent customer service. Eduardo is very courteous and friendly. I would recommend this optical Broadway Vision center. It has a very relaxing environment like a spa style. The owners are very professional , nice with good sense of humor and very compassionate.

I went to this place thinking where professionals but I got Sick could come back for ten months .and came back for my perception s Robert mark frame s and send I waited to long .i just 50& old the 100 and will not help me at all I still have copy very thing .it ok god dont like ugly I lost it all dont go there .
