I was kept waiting over 1&1/2 hours and I had to check to see what was taking so long all the while I saw Dr. Abrams just walking around!! They never printed my chart when I was signed it !! This is my second visit here and very disappointed both time!! When I scheduled the appointment I had no idea it was same clinic until I got there but never again. My left eye is still hurting from my visit!! The ladies that ended up helping me were nice but the guy was rude and passed me off and the eye machine didnt work!!! This is just unacceptable!! Plus Im a retired nurse so I know better!!
I'm glad Mr. Andres Charles feels very comfortable and has open up in explaining how he feeling and able to talk to you, he feels comfortable going to his visits now.

I am disappointed to hear that my parents were not handed their prescription in accordance with the FTC. The office told them that they had to pay $45.00 extra to get their prescription. Beware of this doctor's tactics. The Federal Trade Commission enforces the Eyeglass Rule. It requires eye doctors ophthalmologists and optometrists to give patients a copy of their prescription whether they ask for it or not. It's the law I will be filing a direct complaint with the BBB, The Attorney Generals Office and the FTC
