Recliner springs broken and they will not respond to emails asking for replacement parts. In my opinion, and like many other reviews this furniture is substandard. Save your money and do not do business with this company!

Mechanically the furniture broke and the fake (bonded) leather did not hold up at all. Hard lesson to learn. Good luck with them. The warranty lasts for one year. I told them about the leather wear in the second year and they told me it was out of coverage. Later on after the 3rd year they told me they reach out for a two year warranty out of good ethics. They are crooks. The mechanical problem was fixed but when I mean leather wear I mean the entire seating section of the sofas, chair, and love seat sofa has flaked away. I can not believe it myself. I asked them to offer a good sofa set that I could buy and she ( Betty Cauddle) said she could not help. After a pause, she hung up. She moreless agreed their products do not hold up was her stance on the company.

I am so very unhappy with my furniture I purchased. I have had this furniture for less than two weeks, and one end of the sofa is broken down so bad that it feels as though it has been in a home and sat on every day for years of wear. I feel like I was wronged by service when I called to tell them the problem I am having. I called to tell them and they told me I have to have a service person come out to look at it and when they send their report in, they will decide what needs to be done.I feel as though it it unacceptable to have it repaired when it is supposed to be less than two weeks old. I told them exactly what is wrong and they told me it could be repaired, no I want it replaced I told them and they responded with, We will have to have a service tech to check it first. I understand that things have to be done in a certain order but Damn. If don't get a replacement instead of repair I am going to reach someone who can take care of this problem the way it should be done. I will not ever buy Lane furniture again, and I will tell every person I can reach that Lane does not take care of their furniture in a manor more acceptibale.
