I bought the products of this company. On the second day, one of the wheels broke. Since then I have been unsuccessfully trying to get through to get it repaired. none of my attempts have yielded results. the price of the products of this company is incredibly high, and the service is absolutely terrifying! ! !

My husband is new to a chair and we had a lateral that needed to be reattached. We dropped into the facility in hopes that someone could help. Everyone we met was so VERY helpful. Not only did someone fix the lateral for me, they gave me an extra part that had stripped and a few extra screws so that I could fix it myself in the future. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and Tony, and Kevin both went way above and beyond to fix our problem and get us back on our way. My hubby was even given a goody bag with a lap blanket, hat and stylus pen with Permobil on them and invited back for a tour and lunch. While I don't wish anyone to need a chair, if you do Permobils customer service is UNMATCHED in today's often lacking environment. Thank You Permobil for all you do.
