I bought a road bike shoe, received a used product in a deplorable stinky condition and it's already worn out. I don't recommend buying anything online from this store, worse than I can't even return it because I don't have a deadline for that. because I'm a foreigner. from the photos you can see that this product has been well used
Tennis Pro Shop was the most condescending I have ever experienced. The guy is called Hugo, who coldly power-tripped me in a sport that I've loved for 16 years of my life. DO NOT condone this. if Paragon Sports is filled with people who bring this level of discrimination, division, abrasion to athleticism, I hope you reflect deeply on how you are corroding the world of sports. It was frankly appalling. I approached him gently and asked for suggestions on getting a new racket. I smiled and said I haven't changed it for a long time - I have been using my Head racket and don't know all the technicalities of rackets, but it is why we come to pro shops for advice. He rudely asked how long I've been playing for and why am I looking at the Advanced section. When I said I've been playing for 10+ years, he took off a racket and made me show him my grip "show me your grip? ok, give it back." He took it off my hand and just extended one finger and said "this is how you hold it" (?? I played 4 years of Varsity in high school and 4 years of Club in college, I'm here for a racket not a tennis lesson) He proceeded to challenge me on what I want, do I want power or control. I said I want power, but maybe that just come with more practice. "You're making things very complicated for me" he said. Uh I'm sorry, is it not your job to explain the options instead of asserting your "expertise" over me? Is this not an opportunity for you to share your love and knowledge for a sport, rather than patronising me Quite honestly, this feels like an example of sexism in sports. Just because I don't know my racket specs, doesn't mean I don't hit those winners and aces competitively. KC, the store manager, handled this very professionally, and I appreciate your help. Sports bring people together, but Hugo only brought discrimination and unfounded disrespect. I hope this helps you reflect on your purpose and organization.
