Specially since, as you said, you have been a client of ours for many years, during which time we always went above and beyond to help you and provide the best possible customer service but you never took the time to leave us a positive review. On the one day your order was not ready right away as you were expecting, and even though it only took a couple of minutes to have it ready, you did find the time to leave us a negative review. Still, I apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations.

I was a client for years. Because now I do more digital submissions I don't require as many prints. One day I go over there and my account was closed. Then, last week, I sent a set of prints to be printed for the next day. I thought this would be good for them so they would not have to rush. But now they have a standing policy, as told to me by Marisol, that they don't do any printing until the client gets there. Imagine, architects are always in a rush. Consider that you give them two days to print and they wait for you to get there to print. So now you have to wait. Imagine if you get there and the place is crowded. How long will you have to wait? This is super poor customer service. It is true that you gave me very good service for many years, so I really don't understand this new attitude. What happened? I was not upset because I had to wait for a few minutes, but rather, the attitude that this is what would be happening from now on. And I can understand a wait, if I had not sent it a WHOLE DAY ahead of time. And it was very upsetting when you closed my account for no reason except that I was making less prints because of the digital formats of many building departments. I have an exceptional credit rating and never failed to pay a bill. I am just warning other architects of the new policies that they can expect. In the architecture world this will not meet anybody's expectations!

There always taking forever and when I call ahead of time and they tell me it will be ready in a hour I have to wait Another hour just to get my plan if I could go somewhere else I would but this is the closest place too me
