I'm one of the owners and I am the one who took your order from the moment you came through the door to when you screamed, cursed at me and hung up the phone. I handled your order from beginning to end. At the time you placed your order I explained that stock embroidery fonts have limitations to sizing. You had asked for a variety of different things with the stock fonts, to which I explained were not possible as they are outside the limitations of these embroidery fonts(puffed raised lettering, sewing over the lettering twice, etc..). As I explained, anything outside of those limitations is considered a custom digitized embroidery file. You would have to provide us with your finished logo and we would digitize it into an embroidery file. That carried a SetUp fee which you did not want to pay. I also explained that we do not create logos or branding for businesses. You would need to provide us with your logo. You said you wanted to just use our stock embroidery font files. When we spoke on the phone, I explained again that the lettering is at the limitations of how small that font can go. Any other small lettering you see in our showroom was a logo that was provided to us by the client that we digitized into an embroidery file. The real problem is that while on the phone with you, you began to get angry, talk down to, talk over, shout at, curse at, make threats about leaving a "nasty review" and ultimately hanging up on me. In the midst of all that, I made sure to let you know that in my almost 8 years of doing business I have never been talked to by a customer like that. We have a zero tolerance policy for behavior like that. As soon as you hung up, I canceled your order and refunded your payment. I called you back to let you know about the refund and you continued to be belligerent. Unfortunately, at this point I do not see us being able to continue in a positive working relationship, thus your order has been canceled and refunded in full.

I walked in to discuss some branding material for my company and decided on a hat with a simple text design from their selectable fonts to be embroidered. I also called to make my order of one hat to be four hats identical. I was told in a day or two I would have a mockup to review that would show the letters but not on the hat. I waited four days, called then got a mockup right away. The mockup was not what I asked for as I wanted the second word below smaller but thats fine just a mockup. I clarified the original instructions of making the second word half the width of the top word even if that was of couse also a smaller font and to reduce the line spacing some as well. Received a second mockup right away. Still same line spacing, bottom word maybe 5% smaller so still not what I asked. I called to ask and see how we could get to a design I was happy with. I was put on the phone with the designer and he already sounded annoyed or overwhelmed and testy. I explained I wanted it smaller for the bottom word. He said they can only go so small on stitching since its embroidery (which hats in there store have much smaller letters already). I said ok (they could have said this in store when i first asked for the hat and bottom word half the width. They could have said this in the first email as to why it wasnt that small as asked but they didnt. He was just being lazy trying not to even spend two minutes to make me a design I was ok with. He said I was being too nitpicky. I said I have every right to be Im paying a good amount for a custom hat. And I was not being picky because I had to pick from their few colors and few fonts which I was ok with but I shouldnt be called picky for simply asking if the letters can be made less wide with same height. He said he didnt like my tone when I was trying my best to make it work and ask whats possible and see how we can make an ok design. He was obviously being lazy and now wasting all my time from the beginning to now because I am forced to go somewhere else because I asked for a refund I saw we could not move forward just because he was being so lazy and speaking so disrespectfully. I literally just was at the point of asking only two or three questions about how we could fix it and he already was losing it, cuting me off, etc. They are obviously overwhelmed or frudtrated or have some other personal reason they act this way but it should not be taken out on customers. They are in the business of customer service. All they do is this one thing they should be able to do it at least half right. I have a big loss of time and effort now and am leaving this review incase someone else is unlucky to catch them in the wrong mood or if you want to even ask anything about how to tweak your simple design. I have started various businesses and beleive any business is only as good as how it treats people. The whole point of a business is for it to serve the public. The rewards of a business come in terms of how good at serving the public you are. There has to be some accountability and feedback so here is my review. If they try to fix things and acknowledge their mistake I am still open to overlooking mistakes stuff happens people do things wrong some times and if so I will update this review if they try to make things right.
