I bought a car from Westshore Honda early in 2020. They won't stop harassing my wife and me with marketing spam and keep begging to buy it back. I've asked them multiple times to stop calling, emailing and sending letters and they won't stop. It's wasteful and borderline harassment at this point. We will never buy from this dealership again. They couldn't possibly be more annoying.
J, we're thrilled to hear our team member Dominic made your experience an easy one! Thank you for the fantastic review!

I have never had an easier car purchase. Dominic made me feel very comfortable while helping me and giving me the knowledge I needed to make the best choice. His patience and support put my mind at ease. I will tell all my friends and family to see Dominic when they are looking to get a new car.
Nick, we apologize if we didn't meet all of your expectations. If we can address any of your concerns directly, please send us an email. Sincerely, Michelle, Customer Relations Specialist, [email protected]

I waited a while to post this, but it looks like Im not alone when it comes to my sale experience. They are all super friendly to the point of being patronizing, and I think that threw me off. Seeing the gas prices going up I decided to cash in the equity in my truck to buy something more efficient so I test drove a hybrid. Liked it, asked them to tell me what they could do numbers-wise. They come out with the sheet and it is was 10k under what I wanted for the trade so I said thats not enough, but stopped and asked wait, is this what you are offering me after paying off my trade? The sales manager smiled and nodded. The rest of my experience was being rushed through finance digitally signing, etc. i get home and realize my initial suspicion was right. They lowballed me on my trade and basically paid off what I owed on it with my own equity. Good times. Later, my registration never arrived so I had to buy a replacement from DMV, the car was never detailed, and the tank was empty. I called and complained, but some of it was my own stupidity for not doing my due diligence and I accept that. But still, should the customer be responsible for catching the sales manager in a lie? Is it too much to ask for a little honesty? They offered a small concession and I took it, but I still had to put up this review as a warning. Read the paper work, know what you are getting for your trade and dont let them rush you. Definitely my worst, most humiliating sales experience.
